Carly Anne Appledorf
I’m Carly Anne—a yoga educator, entrepreneur, and someone who believes in the power of showing up honestly as yourself. For over ten years, I’ve been working in the wellness space, helping people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their deeper sense of self. But my journey into this work wasn’t polished—it came from lived and tempered experience.
I’ve known what it’s like to feel disconnected, uncertain, and stuck in my own patterns. The practices I teach are the ones that helped me come back to myself. They didn’t erase the struggle, but they gave it structure, movement, and meaning. That’s why I teach—from a place of knowing, not pretending.
My path has taken me across cultures and communities. I’ve led yoga and meditation in places like Thailand, Los Angeles, music festivals across the U.S., and a mountain in Israel where I guided a meditation for forty people under the stars. I’ve worked with students of all ages—from seniors rebuilding strength to young people seeking purpose. These moments remind me that healing is universal, but deeply personal.
I created Arrive Yoga & Wellness Center to offer something real. A space where people could land. A space without performance, pressure, or perfection—just the invitation to arrive fully. I bring both structure and fluidity to what I teach, combining classical yoga with creative exploration, breathwork, somatics, and conversation.
I also have a personal connection to music and creativity. I write, I sing, and I play piano—not for an audience, but as a way to process and stay grounded. Expression, to me, is a form of truth-telling.
After a long journey inward, I eventually found love—not because I was looking to be completed, but because I had finally built something steady within myself. That foundation allowed me to meet love with clarity and openness. And that’s what I hope to offer you in this retreat: not a promise of transformation, but a space to listen deeply, move intentionally, and return to what’s already within you.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about honoring where you are, and giving yourself permission to arrive.
Sincerely,
𝒞𝒶𝓇𝓁𝓎 𝒜𝓅𝓅𝓁𝑒𝒹𝑜𝓇𝒻
